Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring your presence at our Playa Vista office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You will play a pivotal role in driving design excellence across our diverse portfolio of consumer and client brands.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our product design team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability while helping designers advance their technical and soft skills.
- Partner closely with product management to define roadmaps, prioritize design tasks, and align our creative output with overarching business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights, including A/B testing and user research, to optimize site usability, improve conversion paths, and refine our UX strategy.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional design experience, with 3 to 5 years specifically in a management role within product design or digital experiences.
- A deep understanding of product strategy, design heuristics, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable design systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders and back up design recommendations with both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Fluency in English and a track record of success in improving user engagement and conversion metrics.
