Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will be the driving force behind our paid media strategy, helping us scale our impact through smart, experimental, and data-backed campaigns.

Your impact

• Lead our paid media engine: You will own the full-funnel strategy across SEM, paid social, podcasts, and CTV to drive meaningful user acquisition and retention.
• Champion experimentation: You will move beyond the status quo by identifying and testing unconventional channels that authentically resonate with LGBTQIA+ communities.
• Drive conversion excellence: You will partner with our product and content teams to implement rigorous CRO strategies and landing page optimizations that turn interest into action.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who balances analytical rigor with a creative spirit. You should be fluent in English and bring the following to the table:

• At least five years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in paid media, including campaign optimization and managing external partners.
• A proven track record in conversion rate optimization and building effective A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong data analysis skills to refine strategies and improve metrics like CAC and ROAS.
• A genuine passion for LGBTQIA+ advocacy and health equity.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or health tech space is highly preferred.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. Beyond the compensation, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment as part of a team that values agency, transparency, and reliability.
