We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Automation and Operations to join our team remotely and architect the technical infrastructure that drives our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our core marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Groove, and WordPress.
- Design and execute automated marketing workflows and email sequences tailored to various customer segments.
- Build and maintain a centralized reporting dashboard while developing our marketing attribution model.
- Coordinate with internal channel owners to standardize KPI and OKR reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between external vendors and our internal teams for website and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure data consistency across all systems and maintain high standards for email deliverability and list hygiene.
- Optimize team collaboration tools like Jira and Asana to improve tracking and accountability.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar technical role, ideally within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and outbound email tools.
- Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, and marketing APIs.
- Proven ability to optimize complex marketing technology stacks and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, data visualization, and attribution modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience managing technical agencies and vendors.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile.

The salary range for this position is $119,000 to $140,000, depending on your experience, education, and location.
