Context for the role:
In this role, your goal is to position Standard AI as the premier provider of AI for retail. Reporting directly to our VP of Business Development, you’ll own our content marketing strategy from initial conception through to implementation and reporting. You’ll have one direct report.
What you’ll do here:
- Develop the strategy and manage the implementation of awareness and lead gen content programs that align to Standard AI business and brand goals
- Build and manage content/editorial calendar (including landing pages, blog articles, social media, case studies, infographics, webinars and website content) at the product, company and industry levels that attracts qualified prospects to consider Standard AI solutions and reinforces desired brand positioning
- Create, manage and execute targeted multi-channel product education and thought leadership campaigns leveraging SEO, social, email, inbound marketing, events, etc. to drive acquisition and differentiate Standard AI in the marketplace
- Collaborate with in-house subject matter experts and PR agency to identify topics and opportunities that will engage target audience decision makers
- Partner with Business Development and Sales to establish regular reporting on content and campaign effectiveness
- Provide support for development of product marketing resources, such as persona and customer journey mapping, to inform content and campaign planning
What you’ve done before:
- 8+ years of proven success in B2B content or communications roles, preferably in retail technology
- Designed and built multi-channel content campaigns
- Demonstrated proficiency in Hubspot, Wordpress and Google Analytics
- Led high-performing teams and developed careers
- Solved problems proactively and iterated quickly
