At Oma Robotics we are advancing single cell surgeries through AI and robotics so more patients can benefit from these procedures. Our first focus is fertility: Oma Fertility is building the first national brand of clinics that combine AI and robotics to raise IVF success rates while lowering costs and expanding access to care.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing on a full-time basis. The position is fully remote and calls for a senior professional who will report to the CMO and lead performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the strategic media planning lead, coordinating internal teams and external agencies to deliver results across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Define goals, surface growth opportunities, and shape investment plans that include testing frameworks, channel mix decisions, and audience targeting informed by the full consumer journey.
- Translate marketing objectives into executable tactics, then measure outcomes through rigorous post-campaign reviews that drive continuous improvement.
Skills and experience
- Five or more years of direct-response and ROI-focused marketing, ideally in healthcare or a high-growth startup environment.
- Hands-on expertise with SEM strategy and smart bidding, performance marketing for customer acquisition, and optimization methods such as A/B testing, creative testing, and landing-page improvements.
- Native proficiency with Google Analytics and working experience with Salesforce.
- Strong project-management capabilities, clear communication skills, and an analytical mindset paired with a creative appreciation for brand building.
