We are now seeking an experienced marketing leader to strengthen our presence across EMEA and accelerate revenue for our Pay & Treasury and Supply Chain Design & Planning solutions.
Key outcomes
- Partner with sales leadership to shape quarterly strategies that expand pipeline and meet upsell and cross-sell revenue targets for designated product lines.
- Design and run account-based programs, both one-to-few and one-to-many, that engage enterprise accounts with annual revenues above one billion dollars and move them through the full buyer journey.
- Build multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Field Marketing teams, using the marketing-technology stack to reach and nurture key decision-makers.
- Deliver regional field support across EMEA, adapting messaging and tactics to local market conditions while maintaining a unified regional approach.
- Plan and execute customer-facing events, webinars, and networking programs that highlight solution value and deepen relationships with prospects and existing accounts.
- Track performance through defined KPIs, analyze results, and continuously refine programs to improve engagement, pipeline quality, and return on marketing investment.
Requirements
- Several years of enterprise B2B marketing experience focused on account-based marketing, demand generation, or digital programs.
- Hands-on proficiency with core marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Outreach, and Sendoso.
- Proven success in developing and delivering one-to-few or one-to-many ABM initiatives that generate measurable pipeline.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams and navigate fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Experience forecasting, reporting, and managing a marketing budget.
- Fluency in English together with professional working proficiency in French or German.
- Willingness to travel across Europe, representing approximately twenty-five percent of working time.
