What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Diagnostics Marketing to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position designed for a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of software, AI, and healthcare. If you have a background in product marketing and experience navigating the diagnostic laboratory space, we would love to have you on our team.
What will you do?
- Lead the product marketing strategy for our Digital Diagnostics business, which includes developing go-to-market plans, identifying target customers, and crafting the core messaging for our software and AI solutions.
- Create high-impact sales collateral and communication strategies to support our commercial teams, ensuring they have the tools needed to secure new business and maintain strong project pipelines.
- Design and execute comprehensive market research projects, including the management of our pathologist advisory board, to uncover new opportunities and inform our long-term marketing strategies.

You are a skilled communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for a variety of audiences. We are looking for someone who brings a blend of analytical rigor and creative design sense to their work. Your background should include:
- A bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being a strong plus.
- Significant experience in product marketing and brand management within the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating across internal teams and external agencies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, which you use to drive decision-making and marketing performance.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools like HubSpot and Canva is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English.
