Senior Manager, Demand Generation at ChartHop

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our remote-first team and help build a predictable, scalable engine that fuels our growth. ChartHop is the AI-first people platform, helping organizations manage compensation, model org structures, and plan for the future, and we are currently at an inflection point as we lead the industry in integrating agentic AI into HR software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our demand generation strategy in partnership with the VP of Marketing to drive qualified pipeline.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels, including paid search, social, email, and partner marketing.
• Scale our account-based marketing efforts to deepen engagement with target accounts.
• Own our website as a primary demand generation tool by focusing on conversion rate optimization and user journey improvements.
• Design and host high-impact events, such as webinars and executive roundtables, to strengthen our market presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure our campaigns align with broader company revenue goals.
• Utilize data and AI-enabled workflows to test new approaches, measure performance, and continuously improve marketing efficiency.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns and optimize marketing budgets for maximum return.
• Hands-on expertise in paid media, ABM, and website conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A builder's mindset with a genuine curiosity for using AI to improve marketing operations.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience marketing HR technology, workforce planning, or people analytics solutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics.
• Background in marketing to enterprise business leaders in HR, Finance, or IT.
• Experience working closely with mid-market and enterprise sales teams.

Benefits

The base salary for this role is $150,000 to $160,000 USD, plus a $10,000 bonus.
