We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead our digital and outbound pipeline efforts at Incident IQ. This full-time, on-site role is based in the United States and centers on building and scaling the systems that connect K-12 school districts with our SaaS service management platform. Incident IQ helps schools streamline IT asset management, help desk ticketing, facilities maintenance, and HR service delivery, and our platform is already used by millions of students and teachers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Own digital and outbound pipeline generation for both new logo acquisition and customer growth while driving full-funnel campaign planning across evergreen and targeted initiatives.
- Lead a team of four Campaign Managers aligned to key product lines and market segments, providing strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to maintain high execution standards.
- Manage performance across paid media, SEO and web optimization, email marketing, ABM/ABX programs, and website conversion, holding internal teams and external agencies accountable to clear benchmarks.
Requirements
- Five or more years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS, including at least two years in a management role, with proven ownership of digital pipeline generation rather than only campaign management.
- Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and web optimization, plus hands-on fluency with modern MarTech tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, ABM platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing agencies and third-party contractors, a data-first mindset for analyzing performance, and a track record of close alignment with Sales on ABM strategy and revenue impact.
- Comfort building systems and programs from the ground up while balancing evergreen and campaign-based execution across multiple buyer stages and segments.
