About the Role

Incident IQ is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our digital and outbound pipeline engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in execution, understands the bigger picture, and knows how to guide a team toward measurable growth.

You’ll lead a team of campaign managers and oversee execution across internal specialists, agencies, and contractors. While strategic thinking is important, the emphasis is on building the systems, processes, and programs that drive pipeline—and optimizing them relentlessly.

This role owns both inbound and outbound pipeline generation, drives our ABM/ABX strategy, and leads performance across channels like paid media, SEO, email, and web. You’ll design and execute scalable nurture programs, drive full-funnel conversion optimization, and ensure our website performs as a true demand engine.

You’ll also work closely with Revenue Operations to align on campaign attribution, define funnel metrics, and surface actionable insights. Experience navigating multi-product go-to-market motions and segment-based strategies is key, as is the ability to connect demand generation to real revenue impact.

Strong digital acumen and a data-first mindset are non-negotiable. You’ll need to be fluent in MarTech tools, understand how pipeline is tracked and measured, and know how to hold vendors and internal teams accountable for performance.

This is the perfect role for a builder—someone who can zoom in to fine-tune campaigns, zoom out to steer strategy, and lead a team that executes with focus and urgency.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Strategy & Execution

  • Own digital and outbound pipeline generation for new logo and customer growth
  • Drive full-funnel campaign planning across evergreen and campaign-based initiatives
  • Lead the development of TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU programs that scale
  • Build and execute an effective nurture strategy across buyer stages and segments
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align funnel stages, targeting, and attribution
  • Own channel performance and pipeline outcomes (excluding SDR and events)

Team Leadership

  • Manage four Campaign Managers aligned to key product lines and market segments
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to raise the bar for execution
  • Drive alignment between vertical campaigns and horizontal channel performance
  • Set clear expectations and ensure a consistent standard of execution

Channel Ownership & Execution

  • Own key digital channels, either directly or through agencies/contractors:
    • Paid Media (strategy + oversight, executed by contractor/agency)
    • SEO & Web Optimization (oversight via agency or internal specialist)
    • Email Marketing (execution owned within Campaign team)
    • ABM/ABX execution and structure (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
    • Website performance as a demand engine
    • Conversion rate optimization across all digital properties
    • Landing page execution (partnering with Web/Creative as needed)

  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programs and post-sale demand gen

Performance, Reporting & Optimization

  • Use MarTech stack (MAP, CRM, 6sense, GA, etc.) to manage and scale execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and surface insights to optimize pipeline impact
  • Understand how campaigns are tracked and measured across the funnel
  • Partner with RevOps on scoring, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting
  • Hold internal teams and agencies accountable to performance benchmarks

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage key external partners, including:
    • Paid media contractors
    • SEO/web optimization agency
    • Any future freelance or project-based support

  • Ensure vendors are aligned to strategy and held to performance standards

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS, including 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven experience owning digital pipeline generation (not just campaign management)
  • Deep channel knowledge across paid media, SEO, email, ABM, and web
  • Experience managing agencies and third-party contractors
  • Strong hands-on fluency with modern MarTech (e.g., MAPs, CRM, ABM platforms, GA)
  • Data-first mindset with ability to analyze performance and take action
  • Track record of close alignment with Sales and ownership over ABM strategy
  • Experience balancing evergreen and campaign-based execution
  • Comfortable building systems and programs from the ground up

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to K–12 or public sector organizations
  • Previous experience with website redesigns or performance optimization
  • Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, Unbounce, and Google Ads/GA
