Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Manager: Data, Strategy and Insights to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Australia. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time in our modern offices with the flexibility of working from home.
Your impact
- Take the lead on our data engineering and technology strategy, ensuring our infrastructure and data architecture are built to scale and support our long-term business goals.
- Manage our unique first-party data assets, including customer behavior analysis and segmentation, to drive growth across our out-of-home and in-app advertising platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our commercial teams to provide data-driven insights that win tenders and strengthen our market presence.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data innovation and customer strategy. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 8 years of experience in data strategy, marketing data, or audience intelligence.
- A bachelor’s degree in a field like Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories using complex data sets.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in an agile, start-up environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A genuine passion for the electrification of transport and green energy.
