About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will lead data projects to launch new AI products and enhance the predictive capabilities of our core platform. You will work with large, diverse datasets and play a key role in shaping our company's approach to artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning technologies into our product offerings, enabling better personalization for our customers.
- Own the end-to-end development of machine learning systems, from initial prototyping to production deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers by providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices in deep learning and algorithm development.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable AI solutions. You should have:
- A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven industry experience in building and shipping end-to-end machine learning systems to production.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and data exploration techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala, along with experience working with large-scale data platforms like Spark.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Location
This role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
