About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work within our product engineering group to contribute to our open-source LLM evaluation platform. You will focus on the validation, selection, and deployment of models, helping us create a robust infrastructure that empowers the developer community.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end machine learning pipelines using cloud infrastructure.
- Develop specialized tools to streamline the management, development, and evaluation of various models.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure that our model deployments remain reliable, monitored, and easy to maintain.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, supported by a strong foundation in software engineering.
- High proficiency in Python and familiarity with the broader ecosystem of data science libraries.
- Practical experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and managing experiments through platforms such as MLFlow or Weights and Biases.
- Comfort working in cloud environments, including experience with containerization and managing cloud resources.
- A proven track record of delivering scalable solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located in Europe, the East Coast of the USA, or Canada.
