Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Live Ops Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of game systems to ensure they align with our long-term live ops goals. While we offer a flexible, remote-friendly environment, please note that you must be based in the UK to be eligible for this role.

Your impact

• Own the design of game systems, ensuring they support the live ops strategy and provide a cohesive player experience.
• Collaborate with designers and department leads to act as an evangelist for live ops and game design principles across the studio.
• Oversee the implementation of approved features by leading a sub-team, providing guidance to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.

What you'll need

• Proven experience working on at least one live ops or Games as a Service (GAAS) title.
• A deep understanding of game design principles, specifically within a live operations framework.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, concise documentation.
• A passion for the horror genre is highly desirable, as is experience with multiplayer games or PC and console development.
