Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our strategy for customer engagement and retention. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in shaping how we nurture our users from their first interaction through long-term loyalty.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive lifecycle strategy that optimizes the entire customer journey, from initial onboarding to long-term retention.
- Lead the creation of automated, multi-channel campaigns that drive product adoption, reduce churn, and increase the lifetime value of our users.
- Partner with our Product, Sales, and Data teams to translate complex user behavior into personalized messaging and actionable growth strategies.
What you'll need
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a SaaS environment.
- A strong background in Product-Led Growth funnels and a deep understanding of subscription business metrics.
- Expertise in data analysis and the ability to turn insights into effective marketing programs.
- Excellent project management abilities and a collaborative spirit for working across different departments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Klaviyo, Appcues, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and SQL is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English.
