We are searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. Lawmatics is the leading growth platform for law firms, providing a comprehensive suite of tools that includes client intake, CRM, marketing automation, and performance analytics. Since our founding in 2017, we have been dedicated to helping legal practices streamline their operations and increase profitability. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment based in La Jolla, California, where you will be in the office from Monday through Wednesday and working remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of our demand generation strategy by creating original content, managing webinars, and executing sales-led campaigns that increase our pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with our sales department to identify content needs and develop effective sales enablement materials, such as email sequences and outreach templates.
- Analyze the performance of your marketing initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to conduct A/B testing and refine our approach for better results.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on campaign development and content strategy.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, paired with a proven track record of creating content that drives conversions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage projects from the initial concept through to final execution.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, lead nurturing workflows, and webinar software.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
