Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic mindset to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will work in a hybrid capacity, based out of our hub locations in the Bay Area, CA, or Austin, TX.
Your impact
- Lead the development of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with our business goals and go-to-market priorities.
- Manage paid media strategy and budgets, overseeing agencies and contractors to ensure high performance across search, social, and display channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to design and optimize automated workflows that nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within the cybersecurity sector.
- Proven success in driving demand generation and revenue impact by integrating account-based marketing with traditional strategies.
- Deep expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with a strong ability to leverage webinars as a pipeline-driving tool.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
