Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic mindset to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will work in a hybrid capacity, based out of our hub locations in the Bay Area, CA, or Austin, TX.

Your impact

Lead the development of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with our business goals and go-to-market priorities.
Manage paid media strategy and budgets, overseeing agencies and contractors to ensure high performance across search, social, and display channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to design and optimize automated workflows that nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

What you'll need

At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within the cybersecurity sector.
Proven success in driving demand generation and revenue impact by integrating account-based marketing with traditional strategies.
Deep expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with a strong ability to leverage webinars as a pipeline-driving tool.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $152,000 to $169,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family:
