What you'll be doing

• Lead online growth initiatives by planning and executing campaigns that generate awareness and capture leads through webinars, newsletters, and strategic partner collaborations.
• Cultivate our community by acting as the primary voice of IceWarp, fostering genuine engagement across social channels and forums, including Reddit, while managing our reputation on major review platforms.
• Develop high-impact content that translates product updates into compelling stories, including blog posts, educational materials, and customer success stories that resonate with our audience.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative storytelling and analytical growth skills. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
• A community-first mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain constructive, non-salesy conversations across various digital platforms.
• Proven ability to build and manage simple lead-generation funnels that turn community activity into measurable business results.
• Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and experiments simultaneously.
• A data-informed approach, where you use engagement metrics and user feedback to refine your strategy and drive continuous improvement.
