Key outcomes
- Develop, iterate, and produce creative assets including illustrations, motion graphics, and video content for websites, brand campaigns, social media, and events across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with campaign objectives and target audience needs.
- Maintain and refine our brand identity, ensuring our visual standards evolve alongside our business growth and new insights.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies like AI, and industry best practices to maximize the impact of our creative work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing design systems across both digital and offline platforms.
- A portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of visual identity and brand design, with the ability to work effectively within darker or grittier aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Figma, Premiere, Photoshop, and Webflow, combined with a strong grasp of advertising fundamentals.
- The ability to translate marketing goals, data, and user research into high-quality creative executions.
- A collaborative, low-ego mindset with the ability to accept and incorporate critical feedback.
- Comfort working in a self-directed, autonomous environment where you fully own the design function.
- Strategic thinking skills that allow you to connect design choices to broader campaign goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working in high-growth direct-to-consumer or health-focused organizations.
