Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position based in New York City. We embrace a hybrid work model, so you will be expected to join your teammates in the office at least three days each week.
Your impact
- Lead the visual storytelling for our brands by conceptualizing and creating high-impact designs for digital marketing, websites, email campaigns, social media, and product packaging.
- Mentor junior designers and manage offshore talent to ensure all creative output remains consistent, high-quality, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project goals into compelling design concepts while using data analytics to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 of those years in a senior role and a portfolio that highlights your work in the wellness, beauty, or skincare categories.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Express.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday, as well as familiarity with email marketing platforms and data analytics software.
- A strong command of the English language and the ability to manage complex internal workflows across multiple platforms.
- Bonus points if you bring expertise in motion graphics, video editing, photoshoot art direction, or packaging production.
