At Arbital Health, we are accelerating the shift from fee-for-service agreements to value-based care agreements. We do this by building a neutral, third-party platform that allows our customers to design, measure, and adjudicate value-based care agreements that maximize resources and help patients get the care they need to thrive. We are looking for highly talented and highly motivated individuals. You will be a roll-up-your-sleeves builder eager to innovate and collaborate to change healthcare.

Join us to develop and build a new healthcare data and analytics platform to support value-based care contract design and measurement. You will be a founding engineer, and part of a small, collaborative group working across product, design, actuarial science and engineering. This is a greenfield opportunity to build a new product from scratch to serve a multi-billion-dollar market, and deliver quality, equitable, and high-impact care to more Americans as a result!
We anticipate our founding engineers will use their expertise to shape our product, and consequently grow substantially in their careers and take leadership roles as we scale.
