About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is focused on our Poe product, where you will contribute to core features that make state-of-the-art AI accessible to millions of users. You will be responsible for building cutting-edge tools from the ground up, working within an iterative and fast-moving environment to shape the future of AI interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, AI-powered user experiences.
• Lead projects from the initial ideation phase through to implementation and final launch.
• Mentor team members and help establish sustainable, scalable coding practices across the engineering department.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional, full-time experience building consumer-facing web products.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• At least 3 years of professional experience using Python or a similar programming language.
• Practical experience working with backend storage systems such as MySQL, MyRocks, Memcached, or Redis.
• The ability to be available for meetings and team coordination during our core hours of 9 am to 3 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere, provided you meet our employment eligibility requirements for your specific country.

Compensation and Benefits

For candidates based in the United States, the salary range for this position is $156,000 to $225,000 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members, which includes:
