We are looking for a driven engineer to help us continue building our adaptive insurance platform, which can take a policy from submission to issue in under five minutes.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, requiring at least seven years of professional experience to help us tackle complex technical challenges and scale our systems.

Your impact

• Collaborate directly with product and business leaders to drive the development of new features and capabilities.
• Design and implement clean, scalable, and testable code across both our frontend and backend architectures.
• Take full technical ownership of complex systems while mentoring team members through regular code reviews and agile ceremonies.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. We value candidates who can translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with 5 years specifically in Full Stack development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with Kafka for distributed systems and databases such as Postgres and Elasticsearch.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our global team.
