The role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in scaling our platform and shaping the future of our video editing technology. You will have the opportunity to work across various internal teams, including Editor Core, Monetization, and Integrations, to deliver high-quality features that impact our global user base.

Core responsibilities

• Build and refine AI-driven features that push the boundaries of platform scalability and user engagement, such as our text-to-video and edit-by-text tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to design seamless user experiences that align with our core business objectives.
• Execute experiments to test and optimize key performance metrics related to user acquisition, retention, and platform activation.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a passion for shipping high-quality software. We look for the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web technologies.
• Experience working with React.js, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, Fastify, Prisma, and gRPC.
• Practical experience or familiarity with AI and LLMs.
• A track record of leading technical projects and communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of software testing and a commitment to building reliable, scalable products.
