The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us push the boundaries of our data labeling platform. As we integrate more GenAI and agent-based automation, we need someone who can build intuitive, scalable, and responsive web applications. You will sit at the intersection of design and engineering, working closely with product managers and backend teams to ensure our platform remains a world-class tool for our global community. This is a chance to influence the direction of our product while helping us democratize access to powerful AI technologies.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement high-performance front-end components that make complex data labeling tasks feel simple and efficient for our users.
• You will collaborate with our design and product teams to turn creative concepts into polished, functional interfaces that maintain our high standards for accessibility and usability.
• You will take ownership of the development lifecycle, from participating in architecture discussions and code reviews to mentoring junior engineers and refining our technical best practices.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and cares deeply about the end-user experience. You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to build software that makes a real-world impact.

• You have extensive experience building front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• You possess a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on writing maintainable, cross-browser compatible code.
• You are comfortable working across the stack, including interacting with backend technologies like Python and various APIs when the project requires it.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, using tools like technical design documents and code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science or have equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your ability to solve complex engineering problems.
