At Minitab, we are dedicated to helping organizations spot trends, solve problems, and discover valuable insights in their data. Our global web presence is the digital front door for our customers, and we are looking for a talented Senior Front-End Web Developer to help us refine and elevate that experience. If you are a curious, autonomous problem solver who enjoys bridging the gap between technical execution and creative marketing goals, you will find a home here with our collaborative team.
The opportunity
As a key member of our web development team, you will take ownership of the front-end health and evolution of our global websites. You will work closely with our Marketing content team to bring new features to life, ensuring our brand standards remain consistent across all digital properties. This role is perfect for a developer who wants to balance high-level technical architecture with the fast-paced, iterative nature of marketing initiatives, all while utilizing the Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service platform.
A day in the life
- You will collaborate with regional Marketing Directors to translate business requirements into functional, high-performing web features.
- You will proactively investigate and resolve complex technical bugs to maintain site security, performance, and compliance.
- You will build and prototype new interfaces using modern frameworks, ensuring that every update is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our global design systems.
Who you are
You are an experienced professional with at least 5 years of front-end engineering expertise. You thrive in environments that require both technical depth and clear communication. Your background includes:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside experience with frameworks like React, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- A solid understanding of content management systems, with a preference for those familiar with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience working with Git for version control and Figma for design collaboration.
- The ability to work across the stack, including familiarity with Java, to solve diverse technical challenges.
- Fluency in English, allowing you to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
Why you'll love it here
We value the balance between focused office collaboration and personal flexibility. This position is based in the United States and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of both in-person team synergy and remote productivity after your initial onboarding period.
