What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of planning and executing high-impact field marketing events, including executive series, user groups, trade shows, and webinars, to generate demand and expand our sales pipeline.
• Partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure our marketing strategies are aligned with customer needs and effectively promote our solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and post-event analysis to continuously refine our regional marketing efforts.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional marketing experience, with extensive expertise in managing large-scale field events and webinars.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms to track registrations, nurture leads, and measure performance.
• Strong project management skills, allowing you to handle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert for our products and services.
• A deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
• Fluency in English.
