What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will serve as a key partner to our sales organization. Your primary focus will be generating and accelerating pipeline while strengthening our brand presence and customer relationships. You will report directly to the Director of Field Marketing for the Americas and collaborate across various departments to ensure our marketing efforts drive real results.
What will you do?
- Design and execute high-impact strategic events, covering both in-person and virtual experiences.
- Create and maintain internal playbooks and best practices for managing industry events, including both first-party and third-party engagements.
- Oversee the annual event calendar, ensuring all core information like goals, dates, locations, and speaker details are tracked and managed effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B software marketing. We are looking for someone who can build rapport with sales teams and use data to guide their decisions. You should be proficient in English and possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B software field marketing.
- A deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead management.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with budget management and vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Excel.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and internal stakeholders.
