We are a remote-first team of more than 250 people globally, and we are looking for someone who thrives on experimentation and data-driven strategy to join us as our next Senior Field Marketing Manager.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position that you can perform from anywhere. You will report to the Director of Demand Marketing and take the lead on our integrated, multi-channel marketing efforts. Your work will be central to our go-to-market strategy, helping us generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth as we continue to solidify our position as a leader in composable commerce.
Your impact
- Event Management: Take ownership of our event strategy, from initial planning and conference participation to post-event analysis and lead generation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Partner closely with our collaborators to develop innovative go-to-market approaches that drive pipeline opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms to support our broader marketing and sales objectives.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing who is comfortable working with both internal teams and external vendors. You should be a detail-oriented planner who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Four to seven years of marketing experience, including at least three years of B2B field marketing within the professional services industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for CRM and reporting, as well as experience with marketing automation tools.
- A proven track record of using performance data to evolve programs and drive measurable results.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
- Fluency in English is required, and professional working fluency in Spanish is considered a bonus.
