Senior Field Marketing Manager at Visier Solutions Inc

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. We are specifically looking for someone based in the central or western United States to help us drive our multichannel marketing strategy across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an omni-channel marketing plan that defines clear goals, budget requirements, and KPIs to improve pipeline velocity, win rates, and overall return on investment.
• Partner closely with regional sales directors and account executives to align our marketing strategies with specific regional account plans as market conditions evolve.
• Execute sophisticated account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including digital campaigns, customer stories, and both virtual and in-person events, to build pipeline and support deal progression.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS or enterprise software.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience running field marketing campaigns for high-tech companies targeting Fortune 2000 organizations.
• Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools like Marketo, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and account-based platforms such as DemandBase.
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support regional initiatives.
• A self-starting, agile mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What we offer
