About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will partner closely with our sales organization to accelerate our pipeline, boost brand awareness, and deepen customer relationships. You will report to the Director of Field Marketing for the Americas and serve as a strategic partner to our sales, growth, and product marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for both in-person and virtual events.
- Manage the end-to-end annual event calendar, including goal setting, speaker coordination, and logistics.
- Develop high-impact content, landing pages, and sales enablement materials for webinars, roundtables, and custom experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in B2B software marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B software field marketing.
- A proven track record of collaborating effectively with sales teams to drive results.
- Proficiency with essential marketing tools, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different departments.
- A solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated gross base annual salary for this role ranges from $103,000 to $202,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, including:
