Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager at ProcessUnity

ProcessUnity is a premier provider of cloud-based risk and compliance management solutions, helping organizations navigate cybersecurity, third-party, and enterprise risks through our intuitive platform. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager to lead our field initiatives, drive demand, and elevate our brand presence across key markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to design and implement territory-specific marketing plans that support pipeline growth across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of in-person events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and roadshows, to ensure they drive engagement and lead generation.
• Manage all event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site branding efforts.
• Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure field-generated leads are followed up on and converted efficiently.
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI to refine future marketing strategies.
• Own the field marketing budget, ensuring all spending aligns with our revenue goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field marketing, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all activities.
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing opportunities and joint field events.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of experience in field or regional marketing roles.
• Proven project management skills and a history of executing programs that influence revenue.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and adjust tactics based on data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and represent marketing in sales-focused settings.
• Collaborative nature, with a track record of building trusted relationships with sales teams and partners.
• Proficiency with marketing and sales tools, specifically Salesforce and Marketo, as well as ABM platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support events and team planning sessions.
• Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience.
