Senior Experiential Events Marketing Manager at Sui Foundation

Key outcomes

• Develop creative concepts and oversee the production of our flagship conferences and large-scale events, which host between 2,000 and 5,000 attendees.
• Transform complex blockchain narratives into tangible, engaging experiences for our participants.
• Create detailed project plans, run-of-shows, and master timelines that align internal teams with external production partners.
• Design sponsor activations and product demonstrations that create memorable interactions for attendees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical vendors, creative partners, and production agencies while ensuring quality and scope adherence.
• Maintain strict oversight of event budgets and track all associated expenditures.
• Lead onsite operations during live events and conduct post-event analysis to provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience in experiential and events marketing.
• Demonstrate a history of producing large-scale corporate events and conferences for 3,000 or more attendees.
• Exhibit strong creative instincts and the ability to think critically about event strategy.
• Showcase exceptional skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, global, and distributed environment, including the ability to travel frequently and work irregular hours during event cycles.
• Provide a proven track record of managing event execution within established budgets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
