- Collaborate with our Marketing, Programs, and Community teams to ensure our brand remains consistent across all event materials and resources.
- Oversee event technology, including registration platforms, mobile apps, and Salesforce, to manage attendee data effectively.
- Work alongside the Office of the CEO to develop sponsorship packages and ensure all sponsor deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Draft event-related marketing communications and registration assets.
- Gather post-event feedback through surveys and maintain documentation to improve future event experiences.
- Partner with our Operations team to identify and implement efficient event technologies.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of experience in event coordination, ideally within the tech, venture capital, or professional conference sectors.
- A proven ability to manage large-scale, complex professional events from start to finish.
- Strong project management and operational skills, including expertise in budgeting, logistics, and planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to use data and storytelling to enhance the attendee experience.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive, resourceful, and agile mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep passion for advancing diversity and inclusion within the startup and venture capital ecosystems.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within the startup, technology, or venture capital industries.
Benefits
- Remote work flexibility.
Please note that while this is a remote role, team members are expected to attend periodic offsites and travel for the VC Summit, chapter events, and industry conferences. We are committed to a human-centric hiring process and will begin reviewing applications after 5:00 pm PT on Friday, February 14th. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every listed requirement.
