Senior Event Manager at Sportalliance

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level position designed for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of our national and international event strategy. You will work in a remote capacity, collaborating with our global team to plan and execute a diverse range of corporate events. We are looking for a leader who can balance high-level strategic planning with the hands-on execution required to make every event a success.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of the annual event strategy, ensuring all activities align with our broader marketing goals while managing the associated budgets.
• Lead the end-to-end organization of various formats, including international exhibitions like FIBO 2026, digital webinars, and internal company events.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to measure the performance of our events, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within a B2B or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fluency in both German and English, as you will be communicating with diverse stakeholders and partners.
• A hands-on mentality combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret event data and a willingness to travel as needed for on-site event execution.
