Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position designed for a senior-level professional. You will take the lead on our trade show strategy, corporate events, and special projects, working from anywhere to ensure our brand shines on the global stage. You should be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time to support our onsite operations.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple trade shows and special events, ensuring every detail aligns with our strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Manage external vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service coordination, while keeping a tight grip on project budgets.
- Partner with internal marketing and sales stakeholders to define event goals, lead capture strategies, and post-event analysis to drive measurable ROI.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale, high-profile trade shows and corporate events.
- Expertise in project management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
- A calm, adaptable approach to problem-solving, especially when managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, brand, and sales teams.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a deep commitment to brand consistency and quality.
Perks and compensation
