Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two engineering teams dedicated to AI-driven workflow automation and operational efficiency.
• Define the technical strategy for workflow optimization to ensure we build scalable and reliable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Operations teams to identify and execute AI-powered improvements.
• Balance technical excellence with business impact to ensure high-quality execution.
• Scale our engineering processes by promoting best practices in system reliability, observability, and automation.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning while hiring and developing top-tier engineering talent.
• Use data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of our automation efforts.

Must-haves

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role overseeing multiple teams.
• A proven track record of scaling teams and delivering projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical acumen, specifically regarding backend systems, AI/ML applications, or workflow orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Operations.
• Expertise in guiding architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs.
• Fluency in English.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of industry experience.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $199,000 to $270,000, depending on your specific location and experience.
