Senior Email Marketing Specialist at Lemonlight

We are Lemonlight, a company that launched in 2014 to bring professional marketing videos within reach of small and midsize businesses. Today we rank among the largest branded content providers worldwide, having completed projects for more than 3,500 clients ranging from local companies to global names such as Amazon, Airbnb, KFC, and Uber. We are now combining data-driven processes with creative production through a digital platform that lets customers order, create, and track video projects in one place. We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join us full time on-site at our headquarters in Inglewood, California, and help shape how we reach and retain business customers through email.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run B2B email campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Work with sales and marketing colleagues to craft messages that clearly communicate the value of our platform and services while staying true to our brand voice.
• Oversee list management, segmentation, and targeting, then measure performance through open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue to refine future sends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least three years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience, ideally within a technology or software environment.
• Practical knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing, plus experience with platforms such as Marketo or Pardot and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, proven project-management skills, and clear written and verbal communication for creating effective email content.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant compliance standards.
