We are currently looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team as we continue to scale our impact.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will focus on the development of sensor and RF circuits. You will be responsible for the design, prototyping, and optimization of electronic systems that power our low-power embedded platforms. This position is perfect for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to push the boundaries of how we interact with our physical surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate electronic circuits, including RF components and low-power microcontrollers, to support our sensor applications.
- Optimize system designs to ensure high performance, power efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining rigorous documentation.
- Conduct hands-on lab testing and debugging using specialized equipment like network analyzers and oscilloscopes to verify that designs meet industry standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for embedded systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Five to seven years of professional experience in board design and testing for embedded platforms.
- Proficiency with circuit design and simulation tools such as MATLAB and SPICE.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design software and high-speed circuit design.
- Deep knowledge of wireless communication protocols including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Zigbee.
- Experience with sensor technologies like MEMS, radar, or thermal sensing.
- The ability to work independently and navigate complex design requirements with minimal supervision.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $185,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a variety of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth:
