About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Director, Revenue Marketing on a Full Time basis. In this newly created position you will sit on our Senior Leadership Team, own the company-wide demand generation strategy, and build a high-performing marketing organization that delivers qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated demand generation plan across digital advertising, events and field marketing, and multi-channel campaigns that consistently produce sales pipeline and revenue.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a data-driven marketing team while establishing repeatable processes, clear KPIs, and a culture of accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leaders to align marketing activities with pipeline targets, optimize lead hand-off, and report marketing-attributed results to the executive team.
Requirements
- At least ten years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a documented record of driving revenue through demand generation and account-based programs.
- Proven success building and mentoring teams focused on digital acquisition, events, and campaign optimization in fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of marketing funnel dynamics, pipeline management, and lead-nurturing techniques, supported by hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and similar marketing-automation platforms.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution, thrive under ambitious growth targets, and travel up to thirty percent of the time.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
