The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based in the United States. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, acting as a bridge between our product, engineering, sales, and marketing departments. We need a leader who can translate complex technical advancements into compelling stories that resonate with our customers and keep us ahead of the competition.

Core responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including audience segmentation, product positioning, and launch architecture.
• Develop clear, value-based messaging that highlights our competitive edge and equips our sales teams with the tools and narratives they need to win.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our products, collaborating across departments to ensure our campaigns, thought leadership, and customer success initiatives are aligned with our revenue goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and product strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• A proven track record of developing effective go-to-market motions and using data-driven research to inform positioning and messaging.
• Strong project management abilities and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• A self-starter mindset, ideally with previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $240,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members:
