We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to join our team at StimLabs, a company founded in 2015 to advance the field of regenerative medicine. By combining expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and tissue banking, we are developing next-generation bioactive technologies that improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives while mentoring and developing your team.
- Master a deep understanding of our product portfolio and the specific healthcare markets we serve.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and define key performance indicators to track our success.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate demand, and support our sales objectives across various care settings.
- Spearhead the growth of our digital platform across multiple channels.
- Implement robust processes to measure and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality clinical and educational content that clearly communicates our value proposition.
- Collaborate with R&D on pipeline development and new product stage gates.
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to provide necessary training, data, and enablement tools.
- Manage external vendor relationships, project budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure all corporate branding and imaging remains consistent across every touchpoint.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally with a background in wound care.
- At least 7 years of experience managing marketing or product management teams.
- Proven experience navigating the full product launch lifecycle.
- Proficiency with digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Strong creative thinking abilities paired with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using project management or workflow tools such as Wrike.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
