What you'll be doing
- You will define and lead the overarching strategy for integrating our paid, earned, and owned media channels to ensure they work together for maximum effectiveness.
- You will oversee the reporting and analysis of media performance, using data-driven insights to define key performance indicators and tell the story behind our results.
- You will mentor and guide our channel managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous optimization across all marketing efforts.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in communications planning and channel strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in channel strategy or communications planning, with a focus on media integration.
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics and the ability to leverage performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- A track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Status as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, as you must be located in the United States.
What you'll get
