Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Director, Marketing to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while collaborating with our global team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving the marketing strategies that fuel our continued success.

Your impact

• You will design and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with our global growth objectives across our entire software product portfolio.
• You will lead and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering an inclusive environment while coaching them to reach new levels of productivity and engagement.
• You will utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to optimize campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and identify new channels to accelerate demand generation.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• A proven history of building demand generation engines and executing successful, data-backed marketing strategies.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution within a complex product environment.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a remote, inclusive work culture.
