Key outcomes

• Direct and elevate our enterprise-wide editorial strategy, ensuring high-quality content across our core service areas of consulting, managed services, and talent solutions.
• Lead a team of reporters to produce and deploy diverse content, including white papers, webinars, and campaign-specific materials.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to align content with our broader digital and media goals.
• Drive website traffic and audience engagement through strategic content scheduling and the development of fresh story ideas.
• Expand our brand presence by contributing to new content mediums, such as social media channels and podcasts.
• Manage the full editorial lifecycle, from initial ideation to final publication, while maintaining a focus on business results.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including a proven track record in a lead editorial role.
• Strong business insight with the ability to apply marketplace knowledge to organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and practice active listening.
• A growth mindset that embraces challenges and seeks continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict courageously and maintain self-awareness in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A background in journalism.
• Experience managing content programs that demonstrably improve digital performance, lead generation, social media growth, and overall business outcomes.
