Senior Director, Demand Generation at Transfr

What you bring

As our Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will lead the strategic direction of our marketing efforts to drive revenue and expand our product portfolio. This is a full-time, executive-level role that can be performed from anywhere, as we operate in a remote environment. You will be responsible for the following:

• Building and leading a demand generation center of excellence that fosters cross-functional collaboration across product marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Designing and executing comprehensive inbound and outbound acquisition strategies, including integrated campaigns that utilize social media, webinars, paid advertising, and account-based marketing.
• Evaluating campaign effectiveness and managing performance metrics to ensure we meet our objectives regarding lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader with over 10 years of marketing experience in high-growth companies, including at least 5 years of experience managing teams within a B2B environment. You should possess deep expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced, scaling startup. You must be an effective communicator who can influence C-level stakeholders and translate complex marketing science into actionable strategy. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred, and an MBA is highly desirable. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, with the final offer determined by your specific credentials, experience, and location.
