About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Director Demand Generation for a Full Time, on-site position. In this executive role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of our demand generation efforts. You will work closely with our brand, operations, and field marketing teams to ensure our global campaigns are always-on and effective. Your success will be measured by your ability to lead talented professionals and deliver high-impact results that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of strategic thinking and technical marketing expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in demand generation, ideally within a global B2B technology environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- A naturally analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform your decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
Location
This role is based in the Netherlands.
