Our full-service integration platform acts as a centralized hub, allowing healthcare products and provider organizations to exchange information securely and efficiently. By connecting to our network just once, our partners gain access to a vast ecosystem of over 7,300 provider organizations and 240 healthcare products. We process tens of millions of patient records every day, supporting more than 90 different electronic health record systems. We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team and lead the charge in elevating our digital presence.
Key outcomes
- Direct the implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring our website design and content align with brand standards while driving conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep website content and marketing campaigns current and impactful.
- Analyze performance metrics for our website, social media, and paid advertising efforts to maximize return on investment.
- Establish and track digital key performance indicators, adjusting tactics based on industry trends and data insights.
- Partner with our content, design, and development teams to ensure robust SEO strategies are integrated across all company digital properties.
- Foster engagement within online communities to build meaningful conversations around our brand.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal marketing team members to ensure a cohesive presence across all digital channels.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically within website management, content strategy, social media, and paid advertising.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing digital campaigns across various platforms, including websites, email, and social media.
- Proficiency with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO, user experience principles, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation capabilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business decisions.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside within the continental United States.
Preferred qualifications
- A master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working within the SaaS or healthcare industries.
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- A growth-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Domo, and the Google Suite.
