Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role based in Australia, and you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Your impact
- Develop and implement a top-tier digital marketing strategy that utilizes audience segmentation, creative testing, and a deep understanding of various platforms.
- Take full ownership of large marketing budgets while ensuring we hit our growth targets and maintain high spend efficiency.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and report on the return on investment across all of our marketing and commercial channels.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a data-driven professional with a passion for digital innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
- Advanced proficiency in data systems, with a strong preference for experience in Google Analytics 4.
- A deep understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and managing diverse digital channels like Google and Facebook.
- The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a team-oriented culture.
