The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our CRM team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving the adoption of our ExpressExam product and helping our customers navigate their choices for contact lens brands. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, working closely with various stakeholders to scale our marketing programs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration and is dedicated to creating seamless, effective customer experiences that deliver real business impact.
A day in the life
- You will analyze customer data to identify segments for cross-sell opportunities, testing new campaigns to see which cohorts respond best to our offerings.
- You will collaborate with our creative, operations, and CRM partners to build awareness for our products and optimize messaging frameworks that empower our customers.
- You will monitor campaign performance through rigorous data analysis, providing actionable insights that help us refine our targeting and improve overall customer retention.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in lifecycle marketing and ecommerce. You have a proven track record of driving cross-sell initiatives and possess the technical expertise to navigate complex marketing automation tools. You communicate fluently in English and have the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in CRM or email and SMS marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically focused on driving cross-sell strategies.
- High proficiency in analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
- A natural ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence teams even when you do not hold direct management authority.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
