Senior Designer at Kodiak

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position for a visual architect who is ready to push the boundaries of design and create a lasting impact on a rapidly evolving industry. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence and ensuring our visual communications are as innovative as the technology we build.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the design execution for various digital channels, including our website, social media, and email marketing efforts.
• Support the entire design process from initial research and brainstorming to final layout, while ensuring all creative work remains consistent with our brand standards.
• Act as a producer for photography and content creation by managing shot lists, overseeing samples, and assisting directly during production sessions.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of graphic design experience gained at an agency, design studio, or within an in-house team. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong online portfolio that highlights their expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and user-centered design. You should be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, GSuite, and various project management platforms. We value candidates who can balance big-picture strategic thinking with a willingness to handle detailed, hands-on tasks. Excellent organizational skills and a positive, customer-centric mindset are essential for managing multiple projects in our fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required.
